Description of Cranston Enterprise Zones:
The City's Enterprise Zone covers a large geographic area including many industrial zones and business districts which are home to one of the State's largest available labor pools, and which also offer a variety of available real estate options.

Narragansett Brewery / Arlington Neighborhood Enterprise Zone:
The site of the Former Narragansett Brewery and the surrounding Arlington neighborhood are the new home of the Cranston Brewery Parkade development. It is located in the northernmost section of the City (Census Tract #141) just a 3 minute drive from Downtown Providence and a 15 minute drive from TF Green International Airport.

The Brewery Parkade is a fully serviced seventy-seven acre parcel with an existing 150,000 square ft. building that is available for development and zoned for all type of mixed uses. The site offers excellent highway access/visibility and is zoned for mixed uses.

The area is Centrally Located in the Greater Providence Trade area with 600,000 people residing within a 10 mile radius and offers immediate highway access to Route 10 which intersects the Enterprise Zone. The Enterprise Zone is home to a small industrial park on Niantic Avenue as well as an active commercial business district on Cranston Street.

Fields Point Enterprise Zone:
The Fields Point Enterprise Zone is located just South of the Port of Providence in the City Of Cranston and minutes from interstate 95 and Downtown Providence.

The site is comprised of 27 acres of fully serviced waterfront industrial real estate on the Cranston portion of the property and is directly adjacent to additional acreage at the Port of Providence.

Elmwood / Wellington Avenue Enterprise Zone:
This large area consists of Census Tract # 136 (block groups 1, 2, and 3), Census Tract # 137.1 (block Groups 1, 2, 3, and 4) and Census Tract # 138 (block groups 1 and 2). The area, which is split by Interstate 95 and the High Speed/Freight Rail line, is home to the Elmwood/Wellington Avenue Industrial Corridor, the Rolfe St. business district, and many commercial properties located on Warwick, Pontiac and Park Avenues.
